Each of our four therapists are highly trained and hold specialized areas of interest. SPECIALTIES
PREGNANCY & POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Our therapists are specially trained to work with parents during the perinatal period.
REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH & WOMEN'S HEALTH
We provide individualized collaboration between our therapists and your health care team. We also support women through fertility journeys and hormonal shifts.
ANXIETY & OCD
Our therapists are trained in a variety of techniques to improve Anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive symptoms including exposure response, mindfulness and trauma-informed treatments.
PLAY THERAPY
We employ play therapy techniques to connect with young patients and to support bonds between children and their families.
COMPLEX PEDIATRIC HEALTH
Our therapists collaborate with children and their families to support adjustment to medical diagnosis and connect to specialized needs, coordinate with medical professionals, and participate in community and school advocacy.
INFANT MENTAL HEALTH
Our therapists are informed in Infant Mental Health and the critical period of development between caregiver and infant in the first three years of life.
TRAUMA THERAPY
Our therapists are trained to use Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) to assist clients in reintegrating trauma.
GRIEF & LOSS
We provide trauma informed supportive care following the loss of a pregnancy, infant, child, or loved one.
CHRONIC ILLNESS
Our therapists support individuals experiencing chronic illnesses navigate medical diagnoses and treatments and cope with ongoing medical challenges.
